Delay's indictment
Libby's indictment

Here in Utah pre-diebold we got ourselves Dean's 1st cousin, Peter Corroon as Salt Lake County's mayor.

Please please chime in.

edited - I listed Peter Corroon as SL City's mayor, not county. We still have wonderful liberal Rocky Anderson as Salt Lake City's mayor.

1. Successes?
Edited on Fri Feb-17-06 06:33 PM by sendero
Those are not successes, they are failures of Republicans. Well, except the last one. :)

I've got one: I think Dems can take full credit for stopping the Bush SS nonsense in its tracks.

2. Almost bagged us a Texas lawyer.

Seriously: Diebold's increasing woes, Tom Ney indictment, record low ratings for the shrub, VERY nervous republicans who see that we might well take back the House....

5. Tom NOE indicted. Now, we are waiting
for the axe to fall on Bob NEY, and of course Bob Taft's approval rating is only about 6%. I'm looking for a Dem takeover here in OH, Diebold or no Diebold. A girl can dream, can't she??

15. No problem - just keep praying for us
here to take back Ohio in November - I think there's a good chance with all the corrupt rePukes getting indicted around here and around the country, for that matter.

6. Saving ANWR (so far)
A Democratic mayor elected in Houston last time around.

Telling the truth - NO weapons of mass destruction found

Raising hell to get better body armor (however slow implementation has been)

Holding shrubbie's feet to the fire to at least make him act like he needed to think about an Iraq exit strategy

9. Ohio was scary. Why don't people pay attention to the exit polls? Why
aren't votes investigated when they don't match up???

13. Well, we had the recount that went on here
and that was all screwed up by the rePukes that control this state. rePukes like Kenneth Blackfu*k who is running for governor of this fine state. Some kind of payback by the bu$hCo administration for helping them steal the election probably. I say that everyone should send one penney to the Kenneth Blackfu*k campaign in Columbus. After all, they have to keep track of every penny and it has to be documented. Someone suggested doing this a long time ago on DU. I sent a few pennies in taped to a piece of paper marked "Kenneth Blackwell Campaign Contribution". While you are at it, send another penney to Jim Petro's campaign. I think he is running for Secretary of State.

11. The final solution to the "liberal question" hasn't been implimented yet..
that's nice.

Fries are back to being french again...that's also nice.

Oh yeah, and ever since I put that American flag up in the alley those NSA guys stopped hanging out and sifting through my garbage. It's for the best, it got really "clicky" back there.
