Tinfoil for the day - Cyril Wecht indicted

Most of you probably don't know who Wecht is.

If you read up on Steve Kangas and Richard Mellon Scaife though, you will know who he is.

Several years ago, Liberal Activist Steve Kangas walked into Scaife's Office Building and ended up dead.

Some people talk about something strange going on.

Then, someone always brings up the coroner.

They almost always say "But the Coroner, a Liberal Democrat, says that Kangas committed suicide."

It turns out that he is as filthy as Scaife is.

He has 84 counts against him and has been charged with intimidating witnesses along with being under investigation for other things.

That part is old, old news. Cyril Wecht is a liberal Democrat from the same mold as Theresa Lepore -- a life-long wingnut except for a few weeks when the Press was around.

Scaife really had a well-oiled machine, but it's long past due for an overhaul and a sandstorm is blowing in.

An interesting story, about eight years ago we were at the same restaurant prior to a Gordon Lightfoot concert. Then we ended up sitting right behind him (and the others in his dinner party) at the concert.

Talk about feeling old.....

I am from Pittsburgh.

Wecht is a brilliant egomaniac who has stepped on many, many toes in this town over many years.

But in cahoots with, or as filthy as Scaife, he is not.

The majority of those 84 counts are for allegedly using county stationary, personnel and facilities for private work.
