its a series of "slides" (mighta been condensed a tad) but since people complain there is nothing

1. We'll need some help from the candidates. Jellyfish conservatives
won't have a snowball's chance in hell. People are going to look for candidates who will stand up to the neocon juggernaut, not meekly cast votes to support it and hope we won't notice.

It would be a help if they all took their cues from the Clinton playbook, too, and campaigned on economic populism: increased wages, fairer taxes, nailing the revolving door between the gummint and K Street closed forever.

Business as usual aint gonna sell any better this year than it did two years ago. "They're worse" isn't much of a draw, either. It's time the party decided to wake up and give people something to vote FOR: hope.

they forgot one thing, which I sent to them in a comment:


"ONE MORE THING NEEDED: ensure fair and accurate elections!!!

this should have been obvious guys, come on. It doesn't matter how many people we get out to vote if the voting process is broken."

3. good for you to send that - that is the point, it is up to us to prod and
push, not to wait for top level democrats to quit aiding the bush agenda to the dishonor of the nation.
