2. Professor Tribe is dismantling the "inherent power" claims.

Kalb is the moderator. It will be interesting to see whether anyone argues that Tribe is wrong. I think Tribe concluded his argument that claiming such inherent powers is a "no brainer impeachable offense".

12. This will repeat tonight on C-Span - I think they said
9 PM eastern time.

Worth seeing, although a couple of the panelists seemed to think BushCo is just trying to protect the country, not ripping up the Constitution as they go.
