Impeachment proceedings start in Congress. Who controls Congress right now?????????? Right. Now, do you understand why, despite all of the things Bush has done, that no one has started impeachment proceedings? Get it? Seriously, no one on this list knew this??????????? I heard that Americans were pretty uninformed, but this shocks me.
