has been determined.I wonder if it is to be heard right around election time? It would help rally the "base" Republicans. I don't think it will get to many "average" Americans angry enough to go vote for Dems, it is a very limited procedure and can be very graphically described as gruesome so it is hard to defend. I will add, it didn't take them long and was expected.

after all, Republicans are allowed to appoint "activist" judges who will legislate from the bench quite freely as long as it embraces the teachings of a minority of evangelical bullies.
