I love Thom Hartmann!

He's so spot on. He's the only PROGRESSIVE i hear on the radio who says that we must return to a protectionist trade policy before we turn into a third world country.

In fact he said by definition we are a third world country because we are now the world's largest importer of finished products and the largest exporter of raw materials.

14. Me too, and he actually LISTENS to those he has on the show - gives

them time to express and doesn't cut them off. Randi Rhodes even cuts off people who are progressives, experts, saying great stuff, so she can talk herself. I mean the guests, not the callers.

7. Nooo...I just think the poster was correcting the assumption that Thom

is a Democrat. They made a correct observation; Thom's ALWAYS correcting people on his show about his political affiliation. I don't think that was an attempt to say there was anything wrong with that.
