Has anybody else heard this with Iran?
I read on another board that the day they are planning to attack Iran is March 28th which is the election day in Israel.

1. One month to mobilize forces? I don't think so.

2. I believe the forces are already mobilized
All they are waiting for is the "go" signal.

8. You don't need an army to bomb a nuclear reactor
All you need is the personnel of the Air Force, and we have plenty of those warplanes in the area RIGHT NOW.

I don't understand why this mystic connection between us bombing Iran and Israeli elections.

10. I never commented on whether we bomb on the day of elections.

I commented on whether it's logistically feasible to launch an air campaign on Iran, and it is. You've got hundreds of warplanes stationed at airbases all over the area and most definitely inside Iraq and a US carrier in the Persian Gulf at this minute. It would be very easy for the US to gather together a small strike force to blow up the reactors and take out the refining facilities.

6. That's where you're wrong
They already are. Everything is planned a head of time. They've been planning this for years. The question is WHEN are they going to do it. They did Iraq just in time for the other midterms so they could for these midterms and than leading into 2008 ride on the security issue since that is the only time they "win."

4. I was thinking around March 20th, because of the Iranian Oil Bourse.
But March 28th is just as good a cover as any.

5. At what point....will the world turn on the US...
and attack the US?

The * Cabal is so simple minded...they still are under the impression that they wield power over the world....

There will be far greater repurcussions from the world....if this action is taken.

7. We're only hurting small middle eastern countries so I guess
they feel they can't intervine which is so frustrating. *Sigh*

11. Heres another DU thread that mentions that date...
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=364x480231

If this happens I'd expect it to be done mostly by air rather than a ground assault. A month would probably be more time than is needed.

12. I think it would be political suicide right now for Bush to get involved
with Iran.

Although that doesn't mean that Isreal won't start it.

16. Russian MP Says US To Attack Iran Late March
Edited on Tue Feb-21-06 02:53 PM by bananas
This article was discussed on DU when it came out.

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2006/070206attackiran.htm

Paul Joseph Watson/Prison Planet.com | February 7 2006

A top Russian parliamentary leader has told Ekho Moskvy radio station that an attack on Iran is inevitable and that it will occur on March 28th. The leader of the Liberal Democrats Vladimir Zhirinovsky also believes that the Muslim riots were orchestrated by the US to garner European backing for the military strike.
