CNN Gallup poll reportst that 7% Dem lead is not large, but I remember |
|
when a 1% difference for President was being reported as a Mandate and a backlash against liberalism in this country.
I hope the Repugs lose by more than 20% in all races this year - beisdes the obvious benefits it would be great to see that average Americans haven't been as ignorant as we sometimes wonder about and I really want to see some pundits try to spin so huge a margin into something other than what it would be - an overwhelming rejection of FAUX conservatism & FAUX Christianity

1. Sorry, but the scheme has been unleashed.. |
|
Several months out it's "7%"..and over the months ahead the "lead" will shrink and shrink, until the election happens, and whaddayahknow, they'll squeek out another "ohhh soooo close one"..

8. Exactly, the closeness is a lovely thing |
|
The scheme is so transparent (and outside probability) that a large proportion of election results are "Oh so close." But somehow in the end the Republican win in a squeaker. Isn't that quaint; it's like they push the thievery just far enough to win, at least it certainly seems that way. There's never been anything like this era in all recorded election history.

4. Or the infamous "plus or minus" ... |
|
when the Dem candidate is ahead by 3 points, the pundits, especially faux, will mention a margin of error of plus or minus 3%. When it's the repug, that part never seems to make the copy.

5. Gallup and a few other polling groups only have to get the polls close |
|
Rove and Diebold will do the rest. Gallup is FIRMLY in the BushCo camp and their highly dubious polling methods reflect that.

6. The elections must be clean - and right now as it stands |
|
They won't be. We must have a paper trail, and we must have accountability for the results. This is the single most important concern facing us, nothing else matters if the voting is rigged.

There are also a few idiots in the Democratic side, some real prime idiots elsewhere.

13. Bush 38% approval and 88% republican owned electronic voting machines |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-21-06 03:32 PM by LaPera
by election time...over 80% now are counting votes by republican companies ES&S, Diebold, etc. across the country, and expected near 90% in November.
If they want to get a republican congressman elected in my district, (or yours) they won't hesitate to use their machines to change the votes and/or use the machines not to count the democratic candidate votes. They won't let anyone see the software, because they would be exposed.
Few believe it, media doesn't report it, so why not continue to steal elections, nothing ever happens to them.
But I'll still vote...
Doesn't mean it'll be counted as I voted, if they need my precinct, (or yours)...they own the machines to steal it.

10. By calling it "Not large" gives them the opportunity to set the people |
|
so when they flip the numbers if need be, no one will think any different because the media said the race was close.

11. Actually - last week it was only 7 states that were for Bush. Which |
|
would translate into a 93% electoral college win if the Presidential election were held today.

Does 2000, 2002, and 2004 ring a bell, people? Just be ready for a "close race", so that it doesn't look like they stole another election.

16. That's right. 1% (with the attendant vote theft) represented a TRIUMPH |
|
for not only Bush, but for the "values voter" who supposedly got him there- and a resounding, and permanent, defeat for repoductive rights, gay rights, and the separation of church and state.
