Right-wing media job: Convince people this scandal is bi-partisan |
|
Edited on Wed Jan-04-06 10:58 AM by kentuck
FOX was the first in line. No doubt, Rush and Hannity and the other loyal soldiers will follow as the day progresses. (I'll wait for the first moron to say something about listening to the right-wing media again) But, with our heads out of the sand, we need to see what propaganda these people are preaching today.
FOX had a list of 4 Democrats, each that had accepted more than $40,000 in contributions from Indian tribes. They were attempting to connect them to Abramoff directly. Even Patty Murray was on the list. At the same time, they were downplaying Republican involvement. To listen to FOX, one might think this was solely a Democratic scandal. Why I even bother to mention this, I do not know. :(

1. But you knew this was coming, didn't you? |

What is funny is that I think anyone guilty of crimes in association with Boris Badenoff(another poster who liked his look leaving court) should pay the price. The right thinks that they should diminish the crimes by trying to make a case that it is non-partisan. What a crock. They can't even attempt to show they are non-partisan.

2. Yup..I think that's the plan... |

focus on the Democrats involved in this sleeze...bring up the Clintons (again)...and let's all join in singing the national anthem. Oh, and on Fox News...run stories about this girl in Aruba instead of report real news...and have Brit Hume and/or Newt offer their unique and special insight on the left-leaning media.
