Despite all the concern about port security after 9/11, how many here had any idea that the USG was outsourcing port management?

We live in a globalized world, I've known we live in a globalized world, so it only makes sense.
The term "foreign corporation" doesn't seem to make much sense anymore. Nation-states exist only in so far as they keep some kind of order where humans are concerned. The only way there could be a foreign corporation would be if we were all living inside a corpo...hmmmm.

It's not just organized in a foreign country, but is actually owned by a state.
