UAE won't talk to CNN because they won't shut up Lou Dobbs! |
|
Just now on Lou Dobbs. They're trying to quiet the story, and I suspect Lou was targeted because he's been hot on it. They just said the UAE sent a delegation to Washington for a PR effort to sell their ports deal, but they specifically said they will NOT talk to CNN because CNN won't shut up Lou Dobbs on the issue.
These people are out of their freaking minds! As if they have the right to come in here and tell us (or Lou Dobbs) to shut up!
Something really big stinks in this deal.

3. Odd because there's a post here on DU saying UAE owns over 2% of Cnn |
|
so what gives?
something just smells very bad about all of this. Mainstream Media pumps Bush Administration and all Repugs for over a decade...and all of a sudden this AEI Control of our ports turns the Media into darlings?

as being like Reagan and the Cold War, exporting democracy by involving our enemies. He said the tsunami of popular opinion was already overtaking the issue, however, and so nobody would listen to his perfectly reasonable explanation for why this is a good idea.

13. Lou Dobbs should shut up. |
|
Anyone who blathers on as much as that guy does is bound to be right some of the time, but it doesn't change the fact he's a certifiable right-wing goof.
Given his comments about the Black Power Structure being largely responsible for the poor response to Katrina and his track record for blaming the victim in the issue of undocumented workers, I kind of doubt Dobbs would have any problems with the UAE if more of its citizens were white.
