This speech by Bush is talking about "cutting and running"... |
|
If he wants to throw that phrase around, he has to be ready to wear it as well. "Adjustments" seems to be the new buzzword. We are now making "adjustments" to our forces.
2006 had just started and the Republicans are going to do whatever they can to win over public opinion on this war. Forget about winning, they wanna be in front of the "bring the troops home" procession now until the elections in November.
Now that we have cut funding for reconstruction and the government is obviously going to be a theocracy aligned with Iran, this is CUTTING AND RUNNING.

this war was started for political gain and I have no doubt it will be ended for political gain. Our soldiers are nothing but pawns in a high priced game of Risk for the sorriest excuse of a commander in chief the world has ever seen. He has never served our countries interest, not when he wore a National Guard Uniform nor when he uses the Presidential Seal. He serves himself and his rich croneys.

The first time I ever heard the Bushtard say "We're not gunna cut 'n run!" I thought then, "Yep! That's jus' what he's gunna en'up doin' - cuttin' 'n runnin'...
Here we go!
I'm sooo frigging tired of being right.
I'd just like to know where all those billions of reconstruction dollars went. Guess they're finished painting schools and building soccer fields. And I guess Starbucks will be setting up shop real soon now that "the Iraqi people" are liberated.
Time for a do-over? Who's next? Iran? Seria? America?
Anybody? Anybody? Beuller?
