A Funny from My Hair Stylist in this Red, Red Town

Just got back from my fourth visit to this guy. Nice fellow. Religious. Married.

He closed the salon this evening, and I was his last client. Maria, another stylist, was on her way out. He lets loose with, "Maria, what kind of crack is your guy smoking that he thinks selling our ports to the middle east is a good idea?"

I about let out with a "Woo hoo!" just glad to know he's "one of us". Maria had no answer. He went on and on to her about how Bush is a nut and how he's scared to have his kids grow up in this country. "Hell if he has his way about it, all the women will be in burkas!"

Maria did not argue. Apparently she was a royal pain in the rear during the elections and he just loves giving her crap now...
