Rove would never do anything to make Shrub look bad, that's not what he's paid for. So enough of the silly theories that this is a big trick to help congressional Republicans in November.

3. They're not being clever

They're just making their last desperate grabs for whatever is left that isn't bolted down.

The long lasting hatred for Bush is going to make the lingering dislike for Reagan's policies look like a snit.
