Maybe not. Sometimes it's not necessary to attribute all bad things in the region to Bush/CIA/PNAC - there is a lot of bad blood in the region and it goes back many years.

It just may be Sunnis and Shiites really pissed at each other, indicating a civil war is about to break out, exposing how meaningless the recent elections and other "progress" that has been made.

It's scary how much of this was predicted before the war. But of course, Wolfie and Chalabi said it would be a great show of democracy in the mid east. LOL, and they say liberals are hopeless idealists...
