1. sure, they COULD
but why the hell WOULD they?

I can't imagine (without SERIOUS Diebolding) that Cheney'd have any chance.

26. Ah but if he become a "hero" and takes Bush hunting............
that could change the course of everything.

2. Please, oh please let it be so!
Cheney would be the easiest Repug to beat, by far. His negatives are so high he could never get more than 45% of even a Diebolded vote. Plus, he's already achieved living joke status.

Nominate someone who had a 29% approval rating BEFORE the shooting incident.

Works for me.

10. I hope they do nominate him.
What's his approval rate these days? Wasn't it in the low 20s before he SHOT A 78 YEAR OLD MAN IN THE FACE? I can only imagine how low it's sunk now.

Hard to steal an election when 80+% of the country votes against you.

And then whoever bitches about legitimate issues with her "leadership," and what a fucking liar she is, will be called racists just like they are doing over the port deal.. Wait and see.. I'd bet good money on it.. I used to be a puke, and they are so predictable..

Edited on Wed Feb-22-06 11:39 AM by converted_democrat
the same token it's not all that hard to spin.. She's "married" to her job.. She can't serve a husband and the United States.. They ONLY way that they would go with Dick is if there are higher powers setting us up for a Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton.. McCain is out polling Hillary, the ONLY way they would run a Dick (who has a 29% approval rating) is if it is a set up for a Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton.. Which is too scary to even think about because it means that our democracy is actually gone.

for the Republican ticket.

We could run anybody we wanted and still win! I can just see CNN now..."Dick Cheney only garnered ten percent of the popular vote and his home state of Wyoming in the electoral college. Experts are calling this a historic shift in the electorate. A Democratic Congress and presidency..."

... talk about someone that has no chance!
OMFG!

All we'd have to do to win is repeat "Lesbian Daughter" over and over and over and over and over.....

"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"
"Lesbian Daughter"

Dems win 95% of vote, 100% of electoral college.
