I'm all for the free market, no more government regulation!
First we eliminate patents and copyright laws entirely. Clearly that is government intervention in the worst way. The RIAA, Disney and Monsanto may have issues with this, but we need a free market!
Second we end all corporate law suits. We can't have them without having laws over business and trade. This will eliminate most government control of the market! Besides why should a profit pig, that pays no tax, get to use our courts?
Third we have to eliminate corporations entirely. Government control of the market ends here! Now when a miner dies, we can find out why and send the guilty to jail! I have seen the light, I am all for the free market!

2. Your sarcasm is understood - so is your perspective...
The fact is that big business NEEDS regulations, which help protect them along with their investors.

For example, I think that if one finds themselves in a lawsuit with a corporation, then individuals should enjoy the same limited liablity they do.

Instead we get a new bankruptcy law (more regulation) which limits individual bankruptcies while doing nothing to curb predatory lending practices...

. . . oh, and hand back all those AMT refunds they got a few years back . . .
