My next door cube mate at work just turned on Rush Limbaugh on his radio. And I have to work closely with the guy. Delicate situation. Any ideas?

I'd think that would be company policy, especially if you tell him you find it hard to concentrate with the radio on. If he won't use them, ask your boss about the policy.

hit it everytime rush lies. and when he asks why tell him outright.

eventually the annoyance factor will make him turn off the radio or get your boss to step in.

Or how about a less direct approach--stand right near the cube wall and fling a chunk of the merde up in the air on a nearly vertical trajectory. When it lands on the other side of the wall it'll seem to have fallen straight from heaven--a sign from God.

imagine letting people in each cubical have an open radio.. earphone yes.

i was on a bus from Elko Nevada to Modesto before it left the driver made the announcement about radios and earphones.. a couple of Mormons were behind me debating the political problems of the Church.. for about 4 HOURS..!!! the bus stopped and the person in front got off, then one of them moves in front of me and got on his knees sideways to me.. making it a big deal getting positioned.. he put his hands together and looked up.. then looked at me and asked, 'you dont mind if i pray do you.?? i replied no problem as long as you use an earphone.. he looked shocked and i said i dont want to have to listen to your conversation with him too.. he disappeared.
