2. I dont know but they need to hire a real graphic designer.
It looks like it was put together by a 12 year old with Microsoft Paint.

3. Pft!
No reason to be mean, condescending, rude and judgmental! The creativity is wonderful and deserves some credit. Jeez.

8. He's selling a product !
It needs to look attractive.

He spent big bucks on the AAR ads, should have spent on the product design first.

13. I doubt it.
Looking at that site the first thing I thought was it was a scam to rip you off of $30

People won't buy your shit if it's not professional looking. Basic tenet of merchandising.

14. I disagree
you have to start somewhere... if i had to make a choice between advertising and slick presentation, i'd probably go the same route... i can think of several things my friends or i have bought for the novelty. one is a killer game called "scam" that was very creative, but extremely cheep looking... i wound up buying a second game as a gift for someone who played mine with me and liked it so much.

don't forget the pet rock!

17. Whatever!
I guess I'm just more cerebral or something... content means a lot more to me than mere looks. Sheesh.

What are you, a graphic designer in search of a gig or something? I still think it was rude of you to say those things to this person who was obviously proud of his/her work... and that is totally beside the point of our disagreement on whether something has to look good to sell.

9. In high school I made a "Clean Out Reagan's Colon" game
If I remember correctly Reagan had a colon polyp removed a few weeks before (around 85 I think). My teacher was cool so I got an A. :)
