The Bush administration has spent $1.6 BILLION on domestic propaganda since 2003.

Is this impeachable? It could be considering how the Smith Mundt Act of 1948 prohibits the spread of government propaganda in the United States. The United States Code prohibits appropriated funds from being used to pay a publicity expert unless specifically appropriated for that purpose. Of course the responsibility to enforce government propaganda lies with Congress and the White House.

I'm penning a letter to Boxer and Feinstein right after I get post this...
