Bush keeps saying that he didn't know about it until a few days ago but than turns around and says that he is for this and it went through all of the necessary scrutinizing from the proper authorties and he's threatning to veto anything the Senate brings to him opposing this move. So my question is if he didn't know about it how does he know it went through the okay of the proper authorities?
