Is Times Online (UK) reputable with facts?

A friend sent me a link from the Times stating that over 90 mosques had been damaged or destroyed after the Golden Mosque in Samarra was blasted.
The highest number (and its bad enough) that I've seen on DU sources is 27.

synchronized to me. This smells like CIA destabilization activities.

that are common knowledge are highly questionable these days....It's getting to the point that if a story is aired over the tv it should be accepted as propaganda....until clearly proven otherwise. What times we live in.
