Those with a Populist message will dominate 2006 |
|
Please Dems, you MUST talk about how the middle class is getting crushed out there, and that corporations have been living high on the hog for too goddamn long! This is the year we take the country back!

That's the winning issue for 2006. People are sick of rich folks getting all tax breaks and corporations stealing their pension and then offshoring their jobs and their damn sick of energy companies gouging them.

Edwards. I hope many others follow suit.

and I basically said that if a regular person wants to run for office, he/she has no chance. Only the wealthy/connected run, and how can they represent us, when they don't have any of our worries? Oh, yeah, they can say they care, but many of them care more about keeping their big business donations and their cushy jobs. Or why else are the middle and lower classes so screwed???

The nation is hungry for someone willing to stick up for the regular guy today. Instead we get politicians who vote giving corporate power even more power. The insane money that is thrown at our government has corrupted it beyond any hope. I believe the only way we stop it will take a revolution of sorts. Its become too powerful.
