LIHOP is at least vaguely plausible. MIHOP is not (in my opinion). And there are plenty who would say that the physical evidence means that LIHOP is as ruled out as the idea that terrorists attacked us in 2001.

So I get that you are trying to bridge the two - but it's not a bridge that works.
