Rove is going to play this ploy like a Strad. The moment of release, as they say, will be orchestrated to maximize this non-issue, issue for months until just before the 06 elections, Bush caves, Repukes look like they are standing tall, Democrats are once again debating among themselves the intricacies of discrimination and the Dish ran away with the Spoon.

The other day, he said, he would veto the bill, but today, he said, he didn't know anything about it. If he didn't know about the deal, he wouldn't had came out and defended badly!
