PSA reportedly bid $1 billion. (Carlyle Grp. sold CSX to Dubai Ports in 04 while Treasury Secretary Snow was working for CSX. When the sale was completed, he got the Bush appointment that he currently holds. Don't tell me this wasn't carefully planned!)
