Idol's Cowell praises Yamin
Tough 'Idol' judge says he may be the show's best male singer ever

The judges really loved him. And they told him.
Last night, Richmond's own Elliott Yamin sang Stevie Wonder's "If You Really Love Me" on Fox's "American Idol" and wound up wowing the show's three judges, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.

In fact, the notoriously sharp-tongued Cowell, famous for his snide comments, gave Yamin the highest compliment of the two-hour show.
