Was the car going slow enough for Bush to be able to mouth-read the words? Would he actually be able to understand the words? Some of them are several syllables long.

Obviously in the 1st pic he drove by them, but the others I can tell where they were taken and it is on the opposite side of the college several blocks from where he spoke, so unless he did a full loop around the campus and shut down the busiest road in Mishiwaka then he didn't see these people at all (the last 2 pics).

And it's actually CHOCOLA, not Coca Cola or chocolate as his 1st TV adds said back in 2000 when he ran against then sitting Rep. Tim Roemer, nearly beat him then before running and winning the seat after Roemer stepped down in 2002.
