If you're watching the Senate hearing, you would have heard this response from the question posed by Senator Clinton. These rat bastards only had one goddamned meeting on this issue before giving their approval.

I believe it was the assistant secretary of the treasury who answered the question...he specifically stated they only met once on the issue.
