Easy Dem Talking Point: If Bush DIDN'T Know about the Port Deal
Edited on Thu Feb-23-06 02:47 PM by berni_mccoy
Then he doesn't deserve to be President.

This is the FIRST time (per testimony in the Senate) that a GOVERNMENT OWNED CORP from a country that has a MIXED status as a terrorism supporting state at best has been in the position of controlling U.S. Ports.

If Bush didn't know about this, HE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING PRESIDENT, PERIOD. And anyone in the upper level administration who joins him in that statement ALSO HAS NO BUSINESS RUNNING THE GOV'T.

See, that wasn't so hard now was it.

4. He didn't know about Enron, but they were his friends; he didn't
know about Katrina, but Brownie was doing a heck of a job, and he didn't know about the Ports, but he gave it his 100% support.

Who the fuck still thinks this guy is fit to lead?

5. This reminds me of when Reagan was in office and he claimed to
be ignorant of the Iran Contra affair. I said at the time that if he didn't know about it, HE SHOULD HAVE!! That's how I feel about bush. As president he should know what is going on. That's what we are paying him for. He's suppose to be the president and seems to always be left out of the loop. They didn't even bother to tell him when the capital was evacuated while he was off peddling his bike.
