Did anyone notice Bush released the Katrina Report today?? |

Perhaps the greatest natural disaster to ever hit our country, made worse by a president on vacation and an Adminstration of incompetents. Supposedly, it was just chocked full of preventive measures and ways to prevent such a disaster from ever happening again? Did anyone notice??

I didn't get the whole show but heard something about the levee's being rebuilt to withstand only up to a category 3 which didn't work before.
