Houston, Texas and Abu Dhabi, U.A.E - Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) and Marjan Oilfield Services, a member of the Al Fahim Group, announced today that they have signed a Joint Venture Agreement and Memorandum and Articles of Association to incorporate a Limited Liability Company to offer open and cased hole logging and wireline perforating services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Carlyle (s?) deal. That's what it looks like to me. I have was duped into thinking the people in Congress were elected to represent their constituents, what a dummy I was. These are gov't to individual owner deals, please don't criticize for not believing earlier that this was occurring.

3. I agree, there is some evil machinations taking place. Whatever

they're doing, they want to be strongly installed before the Democrats take over again. And believe me, once they have a toehold on the property, they're going to be shouting property rights if the government comes after them.

I just hope people remember and allow the SEC investigations to proceed against Halliburton once the tables are turned.
