an Alito type assault on Congress. I say this is one. It is important for more than the immediate reasons of handing infrastructure to a group which harbored and funded terrorism. It is a point at which the America can begin to reclaim it's infrastructure and get Congress and the administration under control.

We need to get organized on this -- hell, 98% of the country is against it, it shouldn't be TOO difficult!
However, is it really "a done deal"?
We have a 45 day review, it appears we have the politicians to override a Presidential Veto --
so how is it "Done"??
