Heads up on Liberal documentaries....

Just in case anyone wants them I'm sending a heads up for DUer's about a "slew" of (fairly) recent Progressive documentaries that have been made available this week on Usenet. Look in the main DIVX group.

As of today I've seen posted: "The Weather Underground" (2002), "Orwell Rolls in His Grave" (2004), "Surplus: Terrorized Into Being Consumers" (2003), "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" (2003), "Weapons of Mass Deception" (2004), "Control Room" (2004) and "Manufacturing Consent - Noam Chomsky and the Media" (1992). All are still complete, I would guess, on all but the lousiest servers.

On Usenet these mini-floods tend to be somewhat cyclical (next month it might be an Alex Jones type Tin-foil fest) so more good stuff may get posted in the next few days as well.

Broadband IS recommended so if you take the time to D/L remember to copy and share with any "dial-up" friends you may have.
