When Tom Delay Abandons Ship Bush is Truly Facing Disaster

Delay says that the Administration's approval of the deal is "pretty outrageous".

Most Texas Congressmen are against the deal, with Representative Poe saying "I know UAE is our ally on the war on terror now, despite their past. But they may not be tomorrow."

Wow, talk about splitting up your base. Old Dubya stood by Tom Delay when he got indicted, and even Delay can't stand by the President on this deal. The only asshole with Bush on this so far is that piece of shit Senator Lieberman (D-Fox News). Even fucking Bush's brother, Jeb, is silent about the Port of Miami.

3. I'm voting with you, baby
DeLay will accept his marching orders--or go down when he needs Rove most.

4. I thought Jeb said he had "confidence in the President".
I might be wrong, but I thought that out of the six governors from the states involved in the Dubai deal....Jeb Bush was the ONLY governor that SUPPORTED the decision. He was quoted as having "confidence in the President."

I wonder how Floridians feel about that one?

10. Facing disaster?
He'll ride out his term and get a big fat pension. Not my idea of a disaster.

Or do you think Delay is going to initiate impeachment proceedings?

Who cares about Bush. Delay is the guy that's facing the voters in eight and a half months.

12. You don't get it
No one becomes President for his own personal wealth. They take the job for their place in history. It's kind of like immortality.

This issue has completely demoralized the Repukes. Sure, they may not vote for our guys and gals, but they are so ashamed, they will stay home. That's what will make the difference.

11. Apparently you haven't heard.......
....the boy king had a falling out with 41 about 3 to 5 months ago. Think back, have you seen pictures of the boy king, Bush 41, or Jeb together recently? Or have you heard any reports of 43 visiting the old man's ranch lately?? The story goes that 41 suggested the boy king get rid of Karl Rove and 43 threw a fit. There was also a report about 41 objecting to 43 on a few other issues.

So Jeb is silent because the boy king is on the outs with him and the rest of the family. Time will tell if they all kiss and make up.
