He is soon to be a member... they are now getting him ready for possible upcoming events. I just wanted to know how many folks here on DU were members as well.

Interesting thing is, my brother isn't a veteran yet he is becoming a member. But god oh mighty does he have heart. He's never been political until recently...

Unlike many vets who treasure the experience of being reduced to cannon-fodder for the Pentagon and politicians.
