More interesting info on the UAE deal |
|
I'm listening to Stephanie Miller's show from Thursday in the second hour at the end and a caller called in and told how Rumsfeld does know about this deal because he's a sitting member on the board of the company that actually makes the decision of the port deal and the Bush regime broke the law (when have they not??) by refusing to do a forty-five mandate investigation of the people they were going to be dealing with and number three the UAE would completley escape standered legal scrutinity. Another caller called in and told how Ed Schutlz interviewed a reporter from "US News and World Report" that has covered Dubai for years and he said Dubai has to be charitable with and open economy not just with the Dubai people but there are smugglers, Russian mafia and all kinds of things running through that port that nobody knows about because nobody can get close to people. It's been reported they were the one's who shipped weapons to North Korea, Lybia and other places.
It all comes down to "trust us" because they will screen things over there. So it's very scary.

1. They've transshipped more dual-use and nuke use crap to places |
|
like Iran, Libya and North Korea than one can shake a stick at...and they've been called out on it, too, more than once.
Hell, even Ronald Wilson Reagan knew enough to "trust, but verify." These clowns selling our nation to the highest bidder simply want to trust, take the cash, and oh, Fuck You, America!!!
It's egregious--they certainly don't give a shit about the "freedom loving peoples" over in the UAE, do they??? So long as the money flows, the bullshit goes. There's nothing REMOTELY democratic about the UAE--it's seven guys, who inherit their posts, and who hold all the cards. No political parties, no votes, no nuthin'....so why aren't we invading them, with hopes of being greeted with flowers and sweets?
