Pix from "Save Our Jobs Rally" in Warren Ohio today
In support of Delphi union workers who stand to lose two thirds of their pay, all health care benefits, and (my) pensions entirely.

Speakers included every local union official in the county plus:
Rep Tim Ryan
Sherrod Brown
Ted Strickland
Bob Hagan
Every one of them a Democrat, of course.

1. Were there Republicans in the crowd ready to vote Dem now, JR?
I can't imagine too many working class folk are still believing Bush cares about their jobs.

6. A Repub wouldn't have liked what he heard there today
Though I know a small percentage of workers at Delphi Warren voted for the Chimp, Trumbull County was always Blue, having voted two to one last year for Kerry.

3. It just slays me that Republicans never come out for the working...
...men and women of America, yet so many have been fooled into voting for them.

9. K&N. Huge crowd. I see at least one sign of Junior.
Worst president ever.

Thanks for getting out there today and looks like you have a lot of supporters. Hope things turn around. This is just the beginning for ALL working people if all of us don't get out in the streets and make some noise in support of our union brothers and sisters.

and who has been keeping me and other friends posted as to what is happening there. Standing in solidarity with you all--wish I could do more.
