Now that Kenny Boy is facing financial ruin he can go out and find a way to "pick himself up by his bootstraps." Because that's what America is all about. I'm sure he will do the honorable thing and accept no help from the government or charity from any other source. It's actually pretty good, mainly because Edmund Morris is a great writer. Raygun was an interesting man, terrible president. A bit of a coward as well. Kenny will have plenty of time to do some good old fashioned reading. When he isn't dropping soap anyway. :)
