Barbara Bush a no show despite threat to "deal with" Cindy Sheehan
HOUSTON — On Feb. 6, President’s Day, some 200 supporters joined peace activist Cindy Sheehan in front of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, claimed by Barbara Bush and former President George H. W. Bush as their home church.

“I am overwhelmed by the response. It’s very good,” Sheehan told the World. “We invited Barbara Bush to a tea party,” she said. “I’m waiting for Barbara Bush to come out and join the tea party. Her husband, George Bush, said that if I showed up at her church, she would deal with me. If she shows up, I would like to talk with her.”

Though activists had prepared a table appropriate for the occasion, Barbara Bush failed to join Sheehan for the “tea party.”

The event, in one of Houston’s wealthiest neighborhoods, was organized by Gold Star Families for Peace, Veterans for Peace and Code Pink...

18. Not a witch...
Most witches I know are fine, upstanding citizens...not a bitch either, since most female dogs I know are equally fine, upstanding canine citizens.

She's a glitch : a human hiccup in the DNA chain. That's why her son is so screwed up.

Maybe she's just a nasty itch.

27. Now there's a possibility...
Just not a witch. Or a bitch. Or even a glitch.

An Itch or a Slitch.

She's scary enough--she could be a Fetch.

31. She's an asshole
Isn't it curious that hardly anyone ever calls women assholes, even when that's the most appropriate term? I had a female dog while I was growing up, and she was a sweetheart.

Don't let your alligator mouth bite you in your hummingbird ass.

The Bush family has quite a collection of alligator mouths.

2. Having Babs 'deal with her' ..
Now that is some scary, very scary stuff! I have to say that of all
the Bush crew..Babs makes me gutwrench. The stuff I have read..that after
the death of her child she went golfing. I have tried to wrap my head
around that because I try to think of the best things I can for most
people. But...that scary face and going golfing. It is just very sick.

Her comments in Houston after Katrina were so revealing of the ugliness
that lies on the inside of her. If you want to figure what is wrong with
Bush 2, look no further. I mean...how would anybody survive having that
as your mother?

I also wonder about George 1, I scanned his 'love letters' to Babs that
came out in book form a few years ago. He actually expressed tenderness
to that monster. What is wrong with him?

Seriously, I have a real problem with 'Babs'

“Every man over forty is responsible for his face.”

Imagine being responsible for this one.

5. George Washington would be shocked at her behavior.
A former First Lady that looks like him behaves like Marie Antoinette.

Perhaps "dealing with her" means Babs downs a liter of the most expensive, rare Cognac available.

7. and what really tears it for me...
..is how she is such a 'darling' of the right. They look at her like
she is the gold standard for respectable womanhood. Gawd! And to imagine
that she reproduced...seriously...I have visions of the monster from
Alien in my head!

That patrician sneer. That condescending sense of entitlement. Even worse
than Nancy Reagan...hell at least she like Frank Sinatra, Astrology and
had the decency to stay with and protect her husband in his final lost
years.

Oh my oh my....just think of Bush as a little boy with that thing as
a mother...not much hope...no wonder at all why he turned to alcohol and
drugs. I would have too. The sad thing is he hooked up with Laura who
follows the Babs mold... I am getting queasy just thinking about these
poor monsters.

26. Laura is nothing but an enabler or a supply source for GWB's narcissisms,
created by his mother. Babs is one evil, evil bytch and Sr. Bush must have been one passive father to allow his wife to screw up his children so bad. 'Course Poppy is an enabler, too.

12. Now, now....don't be too harsh on
Babs. Remember, the old Lady is 89 years old. Much too old to be out picking fights with the young 'uns.

Also, remember there is not a damn thing Babs can say in retaliation. NOTHING. This war was a waste, a stupid experiment by the PNAC, in desperate maniacal desire to rule the world.

She would just stand there, with her mouth hanging open, thinking about a come-back.

13. 89 ain't old!! Ask my mom, the original
Yellow Dog Democrat! Swims a mile in the ocean daily, goes ballroom dancing twice a week, just got recertified to drive (takes an AARP course yearly) and can't wait for Bike Week in Daytona - she likes to go watch them cruise..............

Worked against Bush 1, Ronny Raygun, Shrub, and every other Repuke including the chimp's brother Jebbie. Babs can't hold a candle - hell, a match! to her!!

I'd love to pit my 89-year-old feisty Dem against Babs. Wouldn't last 3 minutes!

21. George and his Mommie are just alike
They use other people to cover for them. George doesn't want any protests or difficult questions, so they filter who is allowed to attend one of his "speeches" (for lack of a better word). If anyone gets out of line, they are summarily dispatched by force out of the room, to be interrogated and threatened on behalf of the United States of America.

I guess tough questions asking the President for accountability are acts of terrorism, now.

Although I'm sure her her absence was because her beautiful mind was preoccupied with some unnamed noble cause.

Like choosing a new china pattern for the Kennebunkport house, or having material flown in for new draperies at the Houston house?
