6. Corporate takeover of the United States by the UAE. |
|
The UAE is an Authoritarian system of government -- the exact opposite of a democratic government.
The UAE port deal; has given American authority and power to the UAE in how it runs it ports, on a day to day basis, but that is the public media story, what is the real story?
For Example, the UAE employees on the Ports will be working for the government of UAE, because the government of UAE owns the corporation and the ports.
I am not a lawyer; but generally when two parties such as, for example the Bush Repukes and the UAE come to an agreement, usually the agreement is the law that overrides all other laws, including US laws.
I’m sure, there must be other agreements, that are secret-- such as the corporate charters etc., and all those would be subject to the laws of UAE -- again because the corporation is in the UAE and not the United States.
