DeLay/Abramoff Will Rip Apart Republican Party (Check out your state)
Note: You can look up your state and find out which of your Congresscritters might be
embroiled in the DeLay/Abramoff scandals. I was shocked to see some of our state's politicians
involved--and also when I saw the number of politicians from SO MANY STATES.

Just to review: Tom DeLay has been indicted in Texas for misusing PAC money and is under investigation for other campaign money laundering schemes; GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff has been indicted for wire fraud and conspiracy, and is being investigated for other criminal acts; Michael Scanlon, former chief of staff to Tom DeLay and an Abramoff associate, has pled guilty to conspiracy charges, and is also under investigation for other crimes; David H. Safavian, former Director of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, Office of Management and Budget, has been arrested by the FBI and charged with lying and obstructing a criminal investigation concerning his role in aiding Jack Abramoff’s illicit activities.

When this GOP giant falls, and it’s now teetering on the brink, it will be the biggest political corruption scandal in American history.

Below is a partial list of Republican lawmakers tainted by the DeLay/Abramoff corruption scandal. In the case of Tom DeLay’s ARMPAC (Americans for a Republican Majority Political Action Committee), Jack Abramoff was one of the chief fundraisers for the group.

1. Delay is toast
I've even seen polls showing that in his district he couldn't win re-election. Good riddence! it couldn't happen to a bigger liar, cheat, and crook.

3. I already feel bad for the next democratic president
The GOP, which will now be immortalized in the history books as The Official Party of Corruption Since 1974, will be so desperate to exact revenge they'll impeach the next dem for jaywalking or wearing a brown belt with black shoes!

BWHAHAHA!

12. Hah! Just what I suspected earlier and noted in Florida group, etc.

That it was too much of a coincidence that Katherine Harris was one of the top three recipients of MZM money along with Cunningscam, and also that the Republican Party was trying to "ditch" her as senate candidate for 2006. I'm sure they know how big of a liability she is now!

Also, it was good to see my next door neighbor who I did yardwork with in high school be on the suspect list from Indiana (Chocola)...

Also see that Tom Davis is implicated here too, who's been giving Sibel Edmonds and the NSWBC headaches over his continued insistence on excluding security whistleblowers from the recent whistleblower protection bills that went through his committee and the house floor. I'm guessing that him being involved with Abramoff is NOT a coincidence to his actions against whistleblowers. Probably a direct link there.

Too bad that Sensenbrenner didn't get nailed here in Wisconsin's camp. Who knows, maybe his name is coming later! He's one of the bad apples we need to get rid of.
