He's on C-SPAN talking about abortion. I mean lying about abortion, stating that Roe prevents states from regulating abortion. While technically true, Roe isn't the governing law regarding regulation. Casey is, and it allows a great deal of state autonomy when it comes to regulation. GRRR. Casey substituted the "undue burden standard" for the "fundamental right standard". What an asshole.
