If a US worker is hired by DPW, could bush* use the patriot act to |
|
declare that worker an "enemy combatant" for receiving potentially "terra-ist" related money? I expect that there are many arab firms that are perfectly ethical and above board, but my question is directed at bush* and his flunkies and their distorted take on "democracy". I mean what if the paycheck is drawn on the same bank/financial institution that was funneling money to terra orgs?
Isn't that all it takes to get "ec" status? Just bush*s say so?
Second question: If it's OK per repukes for Dubai to get this deal, would they also be fine and dandy with The Bin Laden Group getting a contract to rebuild the levees in New Orleans?

Since Bush has already stated that the Dubai company is not related to terrorism, I don't see how they could use the Patriot Act to declare someone an enemy combatant.
But after all we've seen, I'm sure if Bush really wants to get someone, he'll find a way to rationalize it in his distorted view of the world.
