Farrakhan: Neocons Zionists making America weak
by James G. Muhammad
February 27, 2006

http://www.chicagodefender.com/page/local.cfm?ArticleID=4182

Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan made his "Birth of a Nation" Saviours' Day address that was steeped in scriptural references to nearly 20,000 people at the United Center, yesterday.

He called for Black people in America to separate themselves from the Satanic culture and direction of the country in order to prepare themselves to be the cornerstone of a new world order of righteousness that will come after the battle of Armageddon is done, which he said is now underway in Iraq.

"We are in the most dangerous position," he said to the clergy, "because as God awakens the people, they will kill leaders and preachers in their pulpits for lying to them."

Farrakhan warned the American people that neoconservatives and Zionists have manipulated President George W. Bush into actions that are bringing about the fall of America. Black and poor children are dying in Iraq and Afghanistan on the basis of a lie, he said, not for America but for the state of Israel. Challenging those who refer to him as anti-Semitic, Farrakhan read from a verse from the Bible that refers to false Jews. "Until the true Jew points the finger at the false Jew, the false Jew will make the true Jew look bad," he said. "It ain't about white or Black. It's about God and Satan. It's about right and wrong.

"You can't be a Jew and not love the law of Moses and the prophets. I'm warning America. You'd better get rid of those neocons. They're making America weak."
-snip-

Earlier this week Minister Farrakhan spoke at the State of the Black Union, in which he said that America's current leadership were on their way to hell "those at the top, are on their way to hell, and if I have any power at all, I want to push them into hell as fast as I can, Peace".

1. Some things remain consistent I guess
Kind of comforting in a way.

3. Actually Cali, he was not repulsive at all when he spoke on Saturday.
To top it off, Harry Belafonte praised what he had to say and how it made him think.

5. If a bigot eloquently attacks Bush does that person cease to be a bigot?

7. No. Patrick Buchanan
has made some fairly eloquent attacks on bush. He's still reprehensible.

6. Those are ugly and indefensible words
I mean, c'mon, how can one defend that? And much as I love Harry Belafonte, doesn't mean I agree with him on everything. I don't like bigotry, and Farrakhan has a history of making bigoted statements.

4. "The bad Negro makes the good Negro look bad"
"And so the good Negro must point the finger at . . ." And so on.

Imagine if a prominent Jewish figure said that in a speech! I doubt if Harry Belafonte would express approval.

I hate to interrupt the ethno-centric pity party, but the man said he thought armageddon was upon us...isn't that a wee bit more interesting than the old tired, "he's an anti-semite" rant?

14. Nope - he is very good at fundi wording and speaks well in a crowd -but
he is still evil and an anti-semite/anti-most anyone not colored "correctly" or not believing "correctly", or not speaking "correctly".

10. Well said - I always liked Malcom X - but Farrakhan was evil in the 60's &
IMHO he is still evil.

He took Malcom's pride and don't be afraid and we can do anything if they get off our backs, to remember those that had helped the past but to not be silent in saying they had not helped enough, and to always treat all skin colors the same based on where the individual is in terms trying to help or hurt you -

and he said this in a room at Harvard in 63 where about a 10% by my count of the 2 or 3 hundred in the room (there were only 5 to 6 seats not filled in the front) were loud racist pigs, the scene protected by Harvard's 2 rent a cops standing next by the glass doors to the hall on the inside, one Malcom fellow on the outside of the doors and Malcom's 2 or 3 "guards" around the speakers platform -with Malcom nervous - but brave -

and Farrakhan took this Malcom message and turned it into hate for so many years.

I do not know why Farrakhan should get a pass today.

9. So then, Perle, Wolfowitz, Fieth, Zelikow, Chertoff, Zahkiem, et all
Edited on Mon Feb-27-06 10:42 AM by Harald Ragnarsson
have been GOOD for the USA and I'm a racist if I feel differently?

How about the AIPAC spying? Do I have to like that too?

Edit: People that insist Israel has nothing to do with Iraq or our threatening to invade Iran are willfully deceiving themselves.

12. No, the folks you name have not been good for
this country, and saying so doesn't make you a racist. If you buy into what Farrakhan said about Jews, that might. His rant was anti-semitic. Good Jew/Bad Jew is just bullshit. Jews, for example, vote overwhelmingly democratic and liberal. I could name any number of Christian, white males who are also PNACers. Focusing on the Jews is suspect, particularly considering Farrakhan's history of making anti-semitic remarks.

11. Interesting...
Liberals who don't generally LIKE Zionists and Neo-Conservatives, nonetheless, as if a chip went off in their head, stand in 'solidarity' with them, when some 'negro' complains...

13. Could you be anymore dishonest here?
Nobody on this thread is remotely standing in solidarity with Zionists or Neocons. That's called a lie. No matter how you dice it, Farrakhan's words are anti-semitic. If you can't see that, I suggest you have a mote in your eye of a sizeable proportion.

15. I'm going to lock this thread.
I am personally embarrassed that anyone is taking seriously a speech that includes references to "the false Jew" and "the true Jew". WTF?
