My major tinfoil hat theory...
:tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat:

Now this tinfoil hat theory, requires several rolls of the stuff.

It just occurred to me as to why moron* continues to do the opposite of what is actually good for this country and continually sides with the saudi's and now UAE.

could it be that these nations, who have been friends of the morons* family for so long have the goods on old georgie boy? that they have the info about victor ashe? or some other little tidbit?

if you all recall, j. edgar hoover said there was no such thing as the Mafia. Why? because they had the photos of him dancing around in drag and god knows what else. So he effectively stated that they didn't exist to save his own hide, but then comes along Robert Kennedy to ruin it all for him. but I digress...

supposed and this is a big suppose, that the Saudi's and the UAE have the goods on old georgie? wouldn't that explain why he is such a complete sellout? Granted the guy* is already a bumbling failure*, but if you dovetail that in with that possibility, suddenly things all fall together.

But like I said, this requires several rolls of tinfoil to complete this hat.

2. It's a possibliity
But there are other aspects to it that don't add up. Like how did the Saudis react to invading Iraq?

3. I think it's more straightforward than that.
Shrub and friends want to be one of the international business big shots.

Selling our security down the river is immaterial to him compared to being one of the big boys.

4. The US wants military bases in Saudi and Emirites
1) The global thing is to get bases in the middle east and beyond. 2) Oil 3)Bush and Arabs are/were business partners 4) we all know what happened to the person who was going to out * and the mayor don't we? (what's a little bit of anthrax between friend?)

10. I get most of this...
It's the legend that W gets it on with Victor Ashe, former Republican mayor of Knoxville, TN, with whom I believe he was roommates already in Yale and on the cheerleading team together. He does visit the old friend frequently, even as prez. The rest I think the poster was suggesting that Florida Sun-Sentinel photo editor Bob Stevens, the first anthrax victim at the AMI building in Boca Raton, FL, was targeted because of an intent to out Ashe and Bush. About that I know nothing. I do know Stevens published the photo of the Bush twins making out drunk. Anthrax was found on his keyboard but no envelope or letter that may have transported it was ever found. Only he died at AMI. Speculation is that it was delivered straight to him, rather than by mail as in the other attacks.

My theory on the first anthrax assassination is that Stevens was picked more as an example than anything else. He didn't do anything that dramatic against the Bush regime, but was one of dozens of such comparable targets. No journalist imagines they're Seymour Hersh (other than Hersh himself); but it's easy to imagine being Bob Stevens. "Kill one, frighten a thousand."

6. I agree
Even if the Arabs don't have it, the oil barons do. Probably info on his family's criminal activities back to his "daddy." Shrub's being gay and his relationships with Rove, Mehlman, Gannon/Guckert, and maybe Scottie. I have my own theory that Cheney has a boatload on him and his family which is the source for his power.

7. Could be.
But I am betting that the truth is that there is a huge pile of tax-free money waiting for him in his retirement.

8. I agree, Ben.
God knows they don't want him out there running another business into the ground. Also, reread PNAC goals. Ruining the U.S. is part of the plan.

12. Nope - they're all friends.
Edited on Mon Feb-27-06 11:21 AM by sparosnare
And they all will benefit if the major oil producers of the region are "US friendly". It was vital for us to invade Iraq and Iran is next - a country in the Middle East with leaders who hate the US will not be allowed. The ideal plan is that once Iran is destabalized, we move in and set up a government that will work with us - be pro-corporation just as the US, the UAE, the Saudis are.

If you're trying to find some integrity or loyalty to this country and its people within Bush - there isn't any. He's perfectly willing, without a twinge of remorse, to sell off this country. No blackmail needed.

I just don't know what other "goods" there is to have. If you read up on him and his family all the "goods" you need are already out there. They are criminals and have been for generations.

15. Quite plausible...
the only difficult thing to figure out is who is blackmailing who, but there's alot of it going on. I haven't read nor do I plan to read that rat bitch's book, but I think Victoria Clarke's main thesis is people in Washington need to come clean, perhaps that's what she's getting at, is that the blackmailis out of control. Never forget, Poppy ran the CIA for a time, he's got all sorts of secrets on people to be sure, and he's a master at keeping his own in the closet.
