11. This poll is proof that the media is full of shit.
Should they not investigate? Like there is even a question? I believe there isn't even a question that it was breaking the fucking law.

12. It's THE WRONG QUESTION: It should be asking this ==>
"Should a special prosecutor be assigned to investigate the Bush Administration for illegally eavesdropping on U.S. Citizens?"

Instead, the poll is asking this question:

"Should a special counsel be appointed to investigate the legality of the Bush administration's eavesdropping program?"

There's a BIG difference between special prosecutor and special counsel.

They're basically saying should a counsel be asked to investigate the legality of the program, NOT if Bush broke the law. The investigation should be focused on Bush's violation of the law, NOT HIS PROGRAM.

This is a good example of a well written poll question. I'm so surprised that many people would say "no".

21. They Appointed a Special Counsel for a BJ, but not SPYING on Americans?
WHAT THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY? How can anyone, anyone, call themselves AMERICANS and support the systematic and illegal implementation of a program that suspends their constitutional rights?

WHERE THE HELL ARE THE POLITICIANS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SWEARING AN OATH TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION? WHY AREN'T THEY HOLDING THE PRESIDENT TO THAT OATH? THEY WORRIED ABOUT A LIE OVER ORAL SEX, BUT THEY AREN'T WORRIED ABOUT THIS? AND HOW CAN IN THIS POLL 34% OF PEOPLE THINK ITS NOT NECESSARY TO INVESTIGATE?

THOSE POLITICIANS AND THOSE PEOPLE VOTING AGAINST A SPECIAL COUNSEL ARE T-R-A-I-T-O-R-S AND UNAMERICAN!

:grr:

23. A Republican Congress investigating a Democratic President.
Edited on Mon Feb-27-06 03:49 PM by spanone
...and bush* is a uniter not a divider.

We will never see a Congress do the right fucking thing. Cause its ALL ABOUT WINNING. A Republican Congress won't investigate a Republican President.

SO WE HAVE NO CHECKS AND NO BALANCES WHATSOEVER. THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY.
