I never met anyone that actually read the damn thing, but it sure sounded good for a year or so, and the Repugs bashed enough people over the head with it.

Nothing from the CSA states declaring independence and their rollicking defense of slavery.

I scanned the list...Seneaca Falls Declaration, Brown v Board of Education, Roe V Wade, Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company, Mann Act, etc...even Paine's Common Sense...

Who exactly did the voting because I can't believe that the Public would have a profound understanding of Gibbons vs Ogden over say the Hayes Code?
