19. Look at who is in charge in the white house, and congress,
then see where they are from, you might get the impression that the south has won.

BTW, Cheney was a Texas resident, but changed to Wyoming to be compliant with a law that says Pres and Veep can't be from same state. That marked the last time Cheney knowingly complied with the law.
